- carrot - 1/2 kg
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 cups
- salt - to taste
Method:
- Pour the batter in the tin.
- Tap to remove the air bubbles.
- Preheat oven.
- Place the tin and bake for 20 mins.
- Insert tooth pick and check.
- Yummy cake is ready.
