Carrot Cake

How to make carrot cake

Here goes the interesting recipe to prepare cup cakes at home. Carrot adds awesome flavor and the butter gives the lovely texture.

Ingredients

  • carrot          - 1/2 kg
  • Butter          - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar           - 2 cups
  • salt               - to taste

Method:

  1. Pour the batter in the tin.
  2. Tap to remove the air bubbles.
  3. Preheat oven.
  4. Place the tin and bake for 20 mins.
  5. Insert tooth pick and check.
  6. Yummy cake is ready.
