Quick Vegetable Salad:

Here goes the all time favorite recipe to make the healthy diet. Weight watchers love to snack this all time because they feel their tummy full and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • Carrot       - 2
  • Onion       - 2
  • Tomato     - 2
  • Cucumber - 2

Method:

  1. Chop all the veggies in regular dice shapes.
  2. Place all of them in the bowl.
  3. Add salt, lemon juice, pepper pwd and cumin pwd.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve in bowl.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and mint leaves.
